Your High Cheese will include 4 courses of multiple elements of cheesy goodness, as well as a bottomless glass of bubbles.

First Course
Baked Triple Cream Brie in filo pastry, served with quince paste, grissini, and lavosh crackers

Second Course
Poached pear with duetto and walnuts. Topped with fresh honeycomb

Third Course
Vibrant beetroot and goats cheese terrine served on a crusty crouton
Crispy mac’n’cheese balls
Cranberry and cheddar vol-au-vont with rhubarb compote
Mushroom and halloumi slider with relish on a pumpkin and poppyseed bun

Fourth Course
Apple Strudel parfait
Portuguese tart with creamy ricotta and orange custard
Whiskey and marmalade labna cheese cake with a crumbly biscuit base
