Nestled beautifully in the Hunter Valley, sits Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, providing the perfect backdrop to equip you with the culinary skills the Hunter Valley is famous for. During the Hunter Valley Food and Wine festival the resorts restaurant Oak and Vine will be opening their kitchen doors to host a culinary masterclass experience.
Lead by award winning Executive Chef Praveen Leelavathy and Head Chef Victoria Markwell Burgmann, groups of eight will be shown how to cook to perfection both entrée and main to enjoy accompanied by a glass of bubbles to finish. Bookings essential.
