At the heart of the home lies a sparkling private pool, around which the living spaces gently unfold. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame sweeping views through a manicured parkland to the golf course beyond, blurring the line between indoors and out.

Inside, interiors are layered with natural textures, a muted coastal palette, and furnishings that balance softness with structure. Two fireplaces-one in the main living area, the other in the formal entertaining space-offer warmth and ambiance for slow, fireside evenings and shared conversations over wine. Every space is designed to bring people together, whether you're gathering for lively meals and celebrations or enjoying peaceful moments of connection with loved ones in a truly luxurious setting. Please note the garage is not available to guests, and there is a private loft above the garage which may be occupied separately. This space is entirely self-contained, has no access to the main house or its facilities, and is not part of the guest rental.

Pool Heating:

Our pool is equipped with a heating system designed to extend the swim season and make it enjoyable during the warmer months. Pool heating operates from September through March each year. Please note:

· As the pool is outdoors and uncovered, water temperature naturally varies with sunlight, wind, and overnight temperatures.
· While the system is maintained and operational, we're unable to guarantee a specific water temperature at any time.
· We appreciate your understanding that heating performance is influenced by the elements, and we hope you enjoy the pool as part of the relaxed outdoor experience this property offers.
· Use of the pool constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Pet Policy:

We understand pets are part of the family, and we’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs.

Pet Conditions:
· Pet Fee $100 Per Stay
· A maximum of two small-to-medium dogs
· Guests must bring their own dog waste bags, food bowls, bedding, and towels
· Pets must be house-trained, kept off all furniture and bedding, and supervised at all times
· Please clean up after your pet, including outdoor areas
· Pets are not permitted in or around the pool area
· Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required due to their pet's stay
