Feauturing 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, all with comfortable king size beds that can be separated into single beds offering flexible sleeping arrangements, this Pokolbin accommodation in perfect for families and friends. The master befroom is spaciously designed with a walk-in robe and modern ensuite and the further 3 bedrooms, one of which is self-contained, are beautifully appointed with modern furnishings throughout. The externally accessed self-contained bedroom upstairs includes and ensuite, kitchenette, television with Foxtel and Juliette balcony with table and chairs for those lazy Sunday breakfast in the sun.
The large open plan living room includes a dining area that seats 8 people. The bright modern kitchen overlooks the living area and has everything you need to cook up a storm during your stay. When it's time to relax, head over to the long leather couch, access the home entertainment system and fire up the gas fireplace. There is also a second living area with a TV ideal for kid's enjoyment. Every room in the house includes central heating while air conditioning keeps you cool in summer.
The living room opens to an outdoor entertainig area overlooking the 3rd green on the Greg Norman designed 18-hole championship golf couse. Perfect for gatherings this covered outdoor area, offers privacy complete with a large dining table, BBQ and 3-piece lounge setting. The only thing needed is a glass of local Hunter Valley wine and good company.
